Family may exhume Azlan's body (Daily Express, Thursday 20.12.07)
Penampang: The family of Datu Azlan Datu Amir Kahar, who was found dead with multiple injuries earlier this month, is thinking of applying to exhume the body for re-examination should they be not satisfied with the full findings of the police.
Penampang Umno Chief Datuk John Ambrose, the uncle of Datu Azlan, said the family still finds it difficult to accept the fate that befell the 24-year old culinary student, and what caused his demise.
"If the family is really not satisfied with the (full) report, then we might exhume the body to be sent for re-examination," he said, after presenting a cow to police at the district station here, Wednesday.
"We will see what the charge isÉeven the (Sabah) Commissioner of Police (Datuk Noor Rashid Ibrahim) said his death could have been triggered by other factors."
John said a lot of questions needed to be answered, such as, why Datu Azlan's body was cleansed before being sent to the hospital.
Datu Azlan was found dead in his fiancee's family home here on Dec 1.
After the 21-year-old fiancee, said to be a part-time model, was released on police bail following a five-day remand.
Noor Rashid said post-mortem results showed Datu Azlan died of a heart attack, clearing the fiancee of murder, but pointed out assault was involved.
That's the latest update on Azlan's case from the news.

With regards to this statement in the Daily Express article:

From what I understood from previous news articles quoting the CP, he said that while the fiancee was released on bail, the investigations were STILL under section 302 of the Penal Code under Murder but because of the "cause of death" being a heart attack that this complicated the case, and that careful consideration would need to be given as to the appropriate charges based on the evidence (and this will need to be proven beyond reasonable doubt in Court).
The matter has now been referred to the DPP, who referred the matter to KL to review the case (evidence, pathologists findings etc.) and consultation with KL in deciding the appropriate charges to be laid against the fiancee.
She HAS NOT "been cleared of murder" as stated in the above Daily Express article.
We just have to wait and see what the outcome of the review will be and what charges will actually be laid.

Yes, I really miss all those times too...The tyre slashing incident?? Yeah, who the hell did that to my precious Feroza?!! Man! I loved that Feroza....so many wonderful memories... (especially us squeezing like 9? ppl in there that one time?? :-). The other day I saw a Feroza in a mall parking lot and G and I ended up getting a park next to it - And I said, "It's a Feroza!", so excitedly...then I looked in the side window and it had a Liverpool - You'll Never Walk Alone sticker - and I smiled with tears in my eyes..."Hi Jamie!", I said - thanks for reminding me of the beautiful memories with you and the cuzs... Just want you all to know that we have not received any 'black and white' or the final post mortem of my late son, Datu Azlan. What the C.P. Sabah mentioned in the press is just the preliminary report. Our lawyer, who is holding a 'watching brief' on behalf of the family have told me that he doesn't have the 'final' copy yet and will try his very best to get the 'final' post-mortom report'.
Many people - friends and members of the press called me and asked me to comment on my brother's (John) comments and I told them them that the family could not make any comment or have made any decisions yet because we do not have the 'final post-mortem report' and had not seen/read the 'black & white'/ formal report of the preliminary report - what we have here is all 'hear-say' (the C.P's statement) and that is not acceptable.
And did you guys read about the C.P's statement ' the fastest murder case solved and in the same statement mentioned about azlan died of 'heart attack'. What say you about that statement? Funny? Fishy? Weird? Stupid? Good???????

Having read the comments in the blog, noone in Azlan's family said about 'stab wounds' it was the paper - Please read the papers properly and also the blog and please do not accuse us(wan's family) of making up the stories, Vien and the other cousins were there too and so were the rest of the family, wan's parents and siblings and relatives and friends. We know what we saw and never exaggerate what we saw please read the Daily Express dated 8th Dec.. If only you would have seen 'wan's' body at the morgue or have seen the photos then you would know what to say. Sheena can say what she likes and the C.P. too but until today the final post mortem is not available. And Sheena is not 'free' or discharged yet- she is out on police bail and with 2 sureties and still charged under Penal Code 302.
And also to the anonymous, we never mentioned that stabbing him to dead? - as explained by Hakuna and Jayne , we never accused Sheena of that, that was mentioned in the papers and also sheena, her mother and sister have different versions of how the 'night' went by - only sheena and her family knows what 'truly' happen? but I want to ask them why hide the time of death and why bring him to hospital and call Wan's mother(your truly at about 7.38am and I had to ask which hospital and received a reply to my sms after calling them failed at about 7.41am) that wan's had a stroke and is going; when infact he was dead already (dont know for how many hours because when I kissed his forehead at about 8am (upon receiving the call - rushed to QEH emergency and drove as fast as I could and no jam coz it was very early in the morning-Saturday)he was already so icy cool. If he died of a heart attack or like sheena's mother said to me he had a stroke - he would still be warm. Y so icy cold?

How dare she say the people who are informing the media are looking for cheap publicity! The people informing the media are my Uncle Amir & Aunty Aminah (Wan's parents) and Uncle John. They just want justice for Wan - NOT SEEKING CHEAP PUBLICITY! She thinks our family enjoy being in the papers about this tragedy???!
Besides, her sister and SHE HERSELF also informed the media - so she looking for cheap publicity too lah! Especially when she says "I never wanted this to happen. I miss him so much..." Just makes me SICK!!

And God has revealed to me the truth I believe through that passage in the Bible of Proverbs 7:21-27 (see under "Heart Attack?" posting).
I have just yesterday seen pics of his injuries...and OMG let me tell you they are terrible!! So far I only had what was described to me -but seeing the pics of the wounds on the back of his head and the blood that poured out on the sheet when they moved him to the morgue, the deep dark red and swollen bruising all over his arms and black marks, whereas the tips of his hands were "normal" colour in comparison, shows severe bashing....it just BROKE MY HEART to look at those pics. Definitely NOT "just" a stroke/heart attack, or self-inflicted injuries or even a "small" argument. It was SEVERE BRUISING and indicates a PROLONGED and VIOLENT bashing. And it must have been more than one person. And considering it was just her and her father and sister at the house (according to her) - WHO DID IT THEN???!
And what about her saying "sorry that I fight back that night and that I can't make it on time to the hospital"??? Trying to say that she was acting in self-defence??? What marks did she have on her??? He on the other hand - IS DEAD! And had SEVERE BRUISING and SCRATCHES and BITE MARKS and WOUNDS IN THE BACK OF HIS HEAD that bled out onto the white sheet when they tried to move his body to the morgue - bright red blood on the sheet! I saw these pics with my own eyes. SAKIT HATI, I TELL YOU!!! And if she got him to the hospital as soon as possible - why was his skin so icy cold when his Mum kissed his forehead??
Then now she's going around trying to paint herself as the "victim" - the poor girl against the rich family - where she has been saying elsewhere to her friends that our family has the money to bribe the police and judge and that our family is trying to "frame" her lah. What nonsense!! Again - PARANOID DELUSIONS!!
Then she says that God knows what happened. YES, GOD DOES! And HE will PUNISH the wrongdoer/s!! May justice be done and may God have mercy on their souls! I say "their souls" because those that are helping her cover things up and also telling lies will also be judged!

If SHE wants forgiveness then she must admit her sins and confess the truth - only with repentance will there be forgiveness.

I copied from sabah rhinos forum. Somebody had copy it from other source. Well, it kind of chain copy la...Maybe someone who is in Sheena 's FS list, copy it from her FS blog. As I try to log in into her FS profile, I can't because I was not in her friend's list.
At first, I had this doubt whether to post it in this blog or not. Because, I don't want to trigger the pains and the hurts again in Azlan's family. I have read somewhere in the newspaper indicating Sheena's mother admit that Sheena is a bit possesive...In my opinion, if she can't have Azlan, no woman will have him.

It is interesting to see what SHE has been saying.
We will hurt for the rest of our lives over this...because how do you get over losing someone you love who was killed so brutally? Just to pray and believe that Wan is now in the loving arms of God, and will never suffer at her hands anymore.
But any information people can share with us that will lead to the truth OR reveal the lies would be much appreciated.

Oh, Almighty God, please we pray for your control over the investigations into Wan's death. Let the truth be revealed, Oh God, and let there be justice on this earth for Wan. Have mercy on his soul Oh God. Let those who hurt him repent and confess their sins, Oh Great and Almighty God. And may you bring comfort and healing to all those who truly love and care for Wan and mourn the physical loss of him in their earthly lives. May he rest in Your Loving Arms, and by Your Grace, may we meet him again. Amen.
